I have just been informed by a former senior military leader that Obama is using a new “litmus test” in determining who will stay and who must go in his military leaders. Get ready to explode folks. “The new litmus test of leadership in the military is if they will fire on US citizens or not.” Those who will not are being removed.
Journal News spokesman Ed Tagliaferri sent LawBlog a statement that he attributed to publisher Janet Hasson:With the passage this week of the NYSAFE gun law, which allows permit holders to request their names and addresses be removed from the public record, we decided to remove the gun permit data from lohud.com at 5 pm today.While the new law does not require us to remove the data, we believe that doing so complies with its spirit.
