According to Examiner.com, renowned author and humanitarian Dr. Jim Garrow made an outrageous statement in the following Facebook post:

I have just been informed by a former senior military leader that Obama is using a new “litmus test” in determining who will stay and who must go in his military leaders. Get ready to explode folks. “The new litmus test of leadership in the military is if they will fire on US citizens or not.” Those who will not are being removed.

Maybe true, maybe not, but it does bring up an important point about the anti-gun protests. The protesters claim that you don’t need an assault weapon for hunting, but who said that the 2nd Amendment was only about hunters’ rights?  It’s not, it’s about gun rights. The anti-gun crowd held signs stating that only the military should have assault weapons. However, the right of every citizen to protect themselves from tyranny is the main thrust of the 2nd Amendment.

So maybe the Examiner.com story is a conspiracy theory, but that doesn’t mean that the need for citizens to pick up the guns in the face of government corruption never happened in this country. It did, and I am not talking about the British either.

In Great Britain the cynical hypocrites in the Labour Party raised the top rate to 50% only months before they left office and subsequently the number of people declaring an income of 1,000,000 plus dropped from 16,000 to 6,000 costing the Treasury valuable revenue.

The same Labour hypocrites are squealing like stuck pigs because the current government has lowered the top rate from 50% to 45% which has resulted in an increase in revenue for the Treasury.

Close Encounter With a Hungry Polar Bear (video)

The man wants a close encounter with a bear and he gets it. A hungry mother bear works hard for about 40 minutes to break open the "shark cage" that he is in. I imagine he got whiplash, as hard as she was shaking the box.
