Look, when you gotta have it, some times you have to go with the low bid AND do it yourself. If I had to guess, I would say that is a water hose carrier next to him, and it looks like it's leaking fresh, plus the cement looks clean. All good. Good enough for a male type (which might explain why we die in greater numbers in all age groups?). :p
