By calling the individual mandate unconstitutional but allowing the law as a federal program to be funded by new taxes, Justice Roberts essentially nullified the law.

Kevin Kervick makes a good point. All tax bills must originate in the house, not the senate. The Obamacare Tax Act originated in the Senate. Since the Supreme Court decided the only way it is legal is as a tax, that makes the law invalid.
