Dave, the people won't stand for it. If they keep nullifying America, soon the majority of judges will be conservative as well. And the left will be left to gnash their teeth at little gatherings of socialist/communists.
Ah but the establishment Republican won in California for the Senate race. I have a feeling we're going to have another "Sort of wants to win" candidate to go against Feinstein again. But, the good news is 51% didn't vote for Feinstein yesterday.
I await their gnashing of teeth and tearing of hair.

The left should have gotten a clue being after the reforms Walker put into motion public sector union membership dropped from 60k+ to 20k and some change.
That is the real story here a a huge feather in Walkers hat being he put more power back into the peoples hands and they rewarded him for doing what he said he would do.
Oh, and congratulations to you too Opus! Two of your (Cali) big cities smashed the public union counter-reform votes there, too! Oh yes, Doom is in the air. (I'm elevated with euphoria.)
