I really like her. She is plain spoken and writes very well.
Her prescription is a simple one: Stand up for Western values, and challenge those who disrespect them and tear them down within the gates of Western Civilization.
The vast majority of Muslims here are living their lives and asking no special favors, so why do we kow tow to the noisy minority?
Multiculturalism, with the help of PC, will do us all in if we're not careful.

I like the notion, I just don't buy it. Words and ideas are okay. They simply do nothing to stop bad actors, of which far too many have already been brought to the West. Arguing, debating, will not change what some people are.
I still remembering being asked, pointedly, if fighting really ever solves anything. And lying through my teeth to get past the moment, saying "No". Yeah, I guarantee that fighting solves problems.
Unfortunately it is much easier to simply talk.
Ms. Philips makes a lot of good points.
The way to defeat islam in America is to simply educate people about what it is.
