Dem admits Constitution ignored by Congress in HHS Mandate: explosive video

It's great when we get them off the teleprompter. They tell all kinds of truth. Dem. Rep Kathy Hochul learns that her townhall audience is not full of yes-men. Hat Tip The Last Tradition.

I wasn't at all shocked that the Democratic Party (as represented by Rep Hochul) feels that we need to set aside the Constitution to advance their agenda.

Not shocked here either.

This is a 2010 freshman pol from NY making her not only clueless about the constitution or its meaning but a perfect fit in the DNC.

There could be one good aspect in this though, she would seem to be waking up her constituents.

When are we going to learn that the Constitution is only a guide.

The fact that they think they can make such a pathetic 'argument' fly - is very telling.

It also certainly shows the total lack of respect they have for 'their subjects'.

Asking about bandaids or cancer screening did it. Shouldn't it be free too? Too funny and really pathetic. She took the place of Republican Chris Lee - the shirtless-married one. Maybe we can replace her. Surely there is a decent Republican to run against her.

They ignored the Constitution on THIS one? When did they consult the Constitution on anything they've done in the past 7-odd years?
