If it's a federal case, I suspect that he'll go to a Club Fed where the mass murderer, Major Nidal Hasan, US Army is hanging out -- awaiting regime change in the US before he's brought to justice.

A commenter asked the question at my blog today, “Why are we still letting these people into our country?” I can’t think of a good answer, other than we’re stupid.
The story reads that it was private citizens and business people who were 99% of this guy getting picked up.
So, why do we need the Department of Homeland Stupidity ?
A great many of them, I should think, are being "let in" because they can walk across our southern border.
These people trip me out- he could have done anything with his life; he was obviously clever and smart enough, but with the info. available it looks like he went out of his way to get caught.
Another thought- these morons very often seem unable to give us ANY credit at all.
PS LL- I believe most of the real federal security threats go to a super super max in Colorado?
Some of these are just sent out to test the system to see where the weaknesses are. Obama needs just one major crisis in today's climate to hit us with martial law, IMHO.
