I think what he means by "ballin'" is his basketball-playing friends. "STRAPUP" apparently means to wear a condom during sex. So he is advising his athlete friends to wear condoms during sex so they don't need to pay expensive abortion bribes after the girls get pregnant.
Huh. Maybe he should advise these ball players to date only girls from New York, where the African American abortion rate is 60%. No wait. Better hope they didn't see the new pro-life billboards. They might get a conscience.

LindsayDianne, good question. I think there should be billboards showing the stats for white abortion as well. In New York, that is running 20% of all pregnancies, as opposed to 60% of all black pregnancies.
20% is horrid. 60% is genocide. All of this needs to be discussed. Thank you for your participation.

Margaret Sanger's dream has been realized.
She belonged to the American Eugenics Society, which had the goal of 'purifying race'. The society's name changed to Planned Parenthood. This is public record. She created the so-called "Negro Project in 1939 under the Birth Control Federation of America in which 'family planning' became the goal. I'm sure Sanger is dancing in hell because she made it happen even though it's taken 70 years for her dream to fully mature.
And where are the black people on this? Where are the black churches? Where is the outrage at the mass slaughter of the unborn? They have become the victims of a form of genocide through their own devices -- and they are silent on the matter.
In the liberal double-speak, 'pro-choice' translates into the death of 60% of infants in the negro community in New York City. I'm sure they're proud.
