Wouldn't it be great if the Democrat party beat itself to smithereens passing horrible legislation that damages America, then the legislation gets thrown out?
They better not issue a "stay" on this ruling. There is no "stay" on our Constitutional rights. If anything a "stay" should be issued against Obamacare and backdated to when it was passed.

All TAX BILLS originate from the HOUSE. HC is a SENATE BILL.
That being said, taking over HC is another sure foot advancement to Controlling the Gov. The People will no longer have the leverage to stave off an ever encroaching Central Gov.
Which is an attempt to throw off the Gov. OF WE THE PEOPLE.
It is up to the SC to decide which GOV. that they themselves, want to uphold.
If the high court doesn't rule to strike, the states will nullify it. ObamaCare is bad for America. There are alternative measures that the government could take that would receive general approval but this was a move to strike at the heart of the Republic. No more and no less.
I know where that Gavel is, it's where the sun don't shine, just like this law.
Quite possibly Obama, Pelosi and the Reid gang did provide "shovel ready jobs".
We've got alot of c(&p to dig out from under.
All states should stop its implementation now! If a lower court orders it back, The States scream the Tenth Amendment and make the feds sue each state.
We all have these hopes.

They must vote on the repeal and get the Senators on record.
