UPDATE: from Orange County Register

YORBA LINDA – Eyewitnesses are reporting the containment of a 10-acre fire in Yorba Linda, which broke out on a ridge behind the Kerrigan Ranch gated community on Saturday night.
The fire burned around Quarter Horse Drive and Winners Circle, off Fairmont Boulevard, near Bastanchury Road.

KCAL reported the fire was burning on a ridge and that several helicopter drops had been done.
An OCFA spokesman said 100 firefighters battled the blaze and that units would monitor the fire throughout the night.
Craig Stoll, of Anaheim Hills, wrote in an e-mail that the neighborhood had been blocked off and residents had been evacuated. He said there were "dozens of cars and families along Fairmont Blvd (sic), the main road that runs up to that neighborhood."

I'm sure this triggered horrible memories of the time your house burned down. I remember the video of your children being hustled into the van as the smoke wafted, the embers swirled and then the fire came.

Are all of the homes even rebuilt yet?

(I live about 15 miles from Opus)

I didn't know there was a fire in Yorba Linda until I read your blog.
