Could Black Panther Case Bring Down Obama Administration?

Why is is OK to threaten and intimidate voters with nightsticks outside of a polling place? Should it matter what skin color the voters have? Should it matter what skin color the thugs have? Shouldn't justice be blind to race and ethnicity? A crime should be a crime.

But not in Eric Holder's Justice Department. And not on the Civil Rights Division on his watch. If the victims are white, and the perpetrators are of color, no prosecution will be pursued, no matter how much evidence there is.  In Mr. Adams' testimony before the Civil Rights Commission he said:
“I was told by Voting Section management that cases are not going to be brought against Black defendants for the benefit of White victims. That if somebody wanted to bring these cases, it was up to the US Attorney but the Civil Rights Division wasn’t going to be bringing it.”

Oh, but maybe that Black Panther was just holding the nightstick for someone else. He could be innocent, right? Umm. Get a load of what he said on tape a while back:
“I hate white people…all of them…every last iota of a cracker, I hate them…You want freedom? You’re going to have to kill some crackers. You’re going to have to kill some of their babies.

This whole "cracker" quote has Twitter on fire today. The Tweeters are coming up with jokes about Crackers, like Cracker Movie Titles. NonLiberalVTer said, "In these PC times, isn't it more appropriate to say 'Cracker-American'? #ponderingcrackerism" I find it hard to laugh at this, though. As a mother of 6 babies, 2 old enough to vote, I wouldn't want my kids anywhere hear this Shabazz character at any time. Much less on voting day. He needs to be IN JAIL.
Hat Tip PajamasMedia.

It is hard to believe that Holder did not discuss this case with the Obama administration. Hillbuzz asks if this story will be the one to bring down the Obama administration.
The general public was not aware of the importance of Watergate for the longest time either. People we know who actually lived in Washington, DC in the early 1970s said they heard a little about something happening at some hotel, but didn’t pay much attention to it until everything pretty much hit the fan one day. Things built up. Confidence in the White House was shaken. And then, as it was described to us, “it was like a big sinkhole just opened up and swallowed Nixon and everything broke loose”.

We don’t know if the Black Panther case will itself be the sinkhole that takes down this presidency, but something is coming. The Media and this White House have been race-baiting for over two years now. Anyone who does not agree with this “president” is called a RAAACIST. Anyone who criticizes this administration is RAAACIST. This “president” and his administration make absolutely everything, ultimately, about race.

We can’t help thinking this is going to come back to bite them, in a very, very big way.

From the NBPP site.

Minister Louis Farrakhan and Dr. Khallid Muhammad had a heavy influence on the young Shabazz while an undergraduate and law student. As an activist, Malik Zulu Shabazz organized students and stirred up the campus of Howard University as never before- making the campus a beacon light of Black Consciousness and student revolution. He was called “one of the greatest student leaders of all time,” by Dr. Khallid Abdul Muhammad.

This is another attack of a Muslim dhimmitude, to make infidels feel second class. Supported by the Justice Dept. and WH.

There are a lot of things, added together, that should be nearly impeachable offenses. I was blown away when I read Malkin's "Culture of Corruption." I actually think the Black Panther case, while bad, is not as significant as some of the previous revelations. This is a bad regime. Geithner in particular makes my skin crawl.

(Side note: Some of the ladies do the Rule 5 roundups without too much of the hotties, mostly just to exchange links. I'll send yours around this weekend a bit, and I'll give Smitty at The Other McCain the heads up. Good fun, mostly. Folks try to keep it PG-13.)

It takes a memory, several note pads and some time to recall every single outrage perpetrated on the American people by the barack hussein obama regime. The POLICY that black suspects will not be prosecuted if the victims are white is completely over the top. The scandal needs to be told far and wide -- but I'm not holding my breath waiting for the MSNBC report. It's interesting how they are mute on the subject.

I doubt it will bring down the presidency. It may bring down Holder. Which is at least something.

Obama is like Teflon, nothing sticks to him. The state-controlled media will play the Black Panther issue down just as they've played down Obama's unforgivable delay in stopping the oil spill damage. I even doubt if Holder will be brought down, they've covered for him too. Hey, they don't want to be called RAAACISTS.

I think JCG is right, Obama will survive, but this should bring down Holder.

"bring down the Obama administration"? Are you kidding me? You know as well as I he could be filmed mowing down a group of nuns with a machinegun while standing on the original Constitution with a crack pipe hanging out of his mouth and everybody would just coo and ah over him and fawn over what style he did it with and how well he spoke of the event afterwards.

We, as a minority, have been stomped on again. I for one believe it is time to remove our shackles and be judged by our character and not by the color of our skin!

"I hate white people, all of them" Wait, isn't that from DREAMS OF MY FATHER? :-)

Z, Yeah. Just like O's grandmother was a "typical white woman."

Oh, wait. Wasn't that from Dreams of My Grandfather's Pedophilic Best Friend?

The MSM seems to be doing a job keeping the New Black Panther thing quiet.

But between this and the lawsuit against AZ, the Regime's cronies at the DOJ are digging themselves a big hole. We can only hope they get buried in it.

I think that this will bring down Holder. This may even be the one thing that decides whether Obama runs for office again or not. Justice should be blind and it certainly isn't with this administration. This is blatant racism. This ticks me off.

If the Republicans do not take back at least the House of Representatives in 2010 this will not stick. I think 2010 will be a watershed election for America. Many people were duped, not us, about Obama's radicalism. Now that the moderate mask has be removed over the past two years the choice cannot be more contrasted. Either let America slide into some form of Leftist Totalitarianism or take a stand for Liberty. I am still wondering if there will not be some attempt by the Left to tamper with the 2010 election. Just remember, dead people are the Democrats most loyal voting bloc.

I see dead people, and they're voting, esp. in Chicago.

Sad to say, none of this means anything, really. They will get away with all of this and more. After Nov. when we win back alot of seats, perhaps then, keep praying.

I don't think it will bring down the Obama Administration. The MSM isn't even reporting on it.
