Chuck DeVore Did Well Against Chris Matthews

Visit msnbc.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

Chuck DeVore keeps hitting them out of the park. He stood up well to the question of why Sarah Palin endorsed Carly Fiorina instead of him. Chuck has the endorsement of the entire TEA Party (except Palin), and I think that counts for a lot.

I defeinitely agree that Chuck DeVore is more conservative than Carly Fiorina. But, I think one of the reasons that Palin endorsed Fiorina instead of DeVore is because California is similar to that of the politics in MA (Scott Brown) and she is being pragmatic with regards to which person might have a better chance of winning against Boxer.

Matthews is such a blustering has-been. Imagine that I used to be a fan? THAT's how far left he's become...and belittling and disrespectful..
I'm about done with Palin, and I never thought I'd EVER say that.

The leftists just want so badly to create a rift.

The best thing about most Chris Matthews interviews is the fact that he just won't shut up and let his guest speak. The fact that DeVore took Matthews back to his own question was hilarious!!

DeVore's response to "you guys aren't to be trusted" regarding spending just left Matthews with nothing.

The way Matthews sat there mumbling to himself, followed by the "okay, gotta go!" and the instant transition to the know-nothing Joan Walsh was absolutely classic.

Matthews is yet another verminus plonk.

Chuck DeVore seems to be the best choice to replace Boxer but the establishment wants none of that. With Fiorina they will have a RINO who will stand with the party and not make any waves as opposed to DeVore who will try to do the will of the people.

M.A.,

Tangential: are you aware that the monetization software populated your blog with a Barbara Boxer advert?

Of course, it was random, but just thought you'd like to know.

WP, yes. I just saw one on Gateway Pundit. It's just G00gl running amok. When we write to complain about Boxer the computer probably takes it as a compliment. I may take it down if it bugs me too much. Just want to give it some time. I'm trying new things over there and will see what happens.

Teresa, the RCP poll shows Fiorina has a better chance to win. But Rasmussen shows her equal to DeVore. I don't know who to believe.

Z, I guess Palin can choose who she wants to support, but so can I. There is much I admire about Sarah, but I don't think the sun rises and sets by her. She is human like the rest of us.

Sol, Matthews is not a man of courage in my book.

Wo, best to call the exterminator if there are vermin present.

ChrisW, I am so sick and tired of pandering to the establishment. The Tea Party endorsed DeVore and for good reason.

Opie:
Rasmussen has a very good track record. They had Hillary winning in NH when no one else gave her a chance, they had Brown winning in MA.

I do understand that it being CA and true conservatives have a difficult time, but to say she is a conservative is absurd.

Palin is now becoming part of the establishment, a big disappointment.

He is more nicer than me. I would have asked Chris is he has seen a doctor lately. He seems to have some kind a neurological condition. He is all over the map with semblance of a coherent thought.

Well, I still support Chuck DeVore, and I don't really care what Sarah Palin says about it. She was wrong about McCain, and she's wrong here. Everyone makes mistakes, though, so it's not like I'm turning on her, just don't agree with her. That doesn't matter much as I can't vote for him, but I'd love to see him go to DC. He has Jim DeMint's endorsement, and that's not nothing.

Everytime I watch Chris Matthews, the more I believe he's losing it. I mean when you listen to his tone he sounds like a school kid saying nanner nanner nanner.

I don't take marching orders from Sarah Palin, and I want Paul Ryan for President in 2012 !

I'd support Ryan for POTUS. I'm afraid he's too Conservative for the RinoNC, though.
