In answer to Arby's question, "what is a tweep."
Tweep is a shortened version of the word, Tweeple. Which is short for Twitter People.
The Tweeple in this photo, from left to right, are @lyn_cox @CocoSKonski @pcam @KamaainaInOC and myself, @Opus_6. We all coordinated on Twitter and showed up at the Michele Bachmann/Ed Royce reception. The cool thing was we connected with Chuck DeVore and his lovely wife, Diane DeVore. Also David Horowitz spoke.
Anybody anywhere near So Cal needs to start coming to these events. Don't let 2010 pass you by!

Wow, an entire blog. Thanks! I don't Tweet, so I'm outta the loop on this one. And, So Cal is a bit of a commute from northeast Kansas, so I'll probably miss most of these events. It does look like you had fun!

Looks like a very dangerous group of radicals. I'll bet people ran the other way when they saw you coming, afraid you might try to hashtag or RT them to death.

That's awesome that you were able to meet fellow tweeps! It sounds like you had a very worthwhile and fulfilling day. I would love to meet you and fellow tweeps for So Cal events but coming from Pittsburgh would be one heck of a commute. Hopefully, someday I will be able to trek out to CA.
