Most Sensible Newscast of the Day Award

What is wrong in a world where Americans only get news satisfaction from Russian stations. This is the same group that reported on the April 15, 2009 Tea Parties, when our president and media claimed not to know anything about them.

I like the part where the man says that sitting politicians should not get a Nobel Peace Prize, because their entire story has not been told. The nicest thing that can be said is that the award is premature. If the Nobel committee hopes to guide Obama's future behavior with this award, these commentators say it does not work that way. Thanks to Left Coast Rebel for this find.

I actually have been a little surprised. I have heard a few very liberal people have almost the same reaction as we are having. I have heard very few liberals who think he in any way deserved this.

What is so sad, the award has clearly been diminished by this. It was going that in direction anyway, but this is just further proof.

That's the first sensible report I've heard today about this farcical stitch-up, Opie.

JACG, it was nice to hear the report without the virulent snark or fawning hyperbole. Refreshing.

I enjoyed Yakoff Smirnoff's comments. Very good.

Obama receiving the Nobel Peace Prize certainly undermines its legitimacy. I loved the news story! At least the Libs I've talked to in my neighborhood agree that he doesn't deserve this award because he hasn't done anything.

DC, it is too cool to see you here commenting. Yay! Do you know that LL finally explained to me what a Daisy Cutter is???? I feel like such a fool not knowing all this time. Ha ha!

Teresa, I am hoping it undermines the legitimacy of his socialist attack on America. Specifically health care.

This award lost its luster a long time ago. The Obama prize just emphasized the absurdity of the whole thing... Like Time's Man of the Year.
