That is a really good question. I just went through the site and I didn't see any description or rules. I don't know. I have been seeing these posts on my dashboard for the longest time, and it is mostly adorable children belonging to the photographer. Just like the kid in this photograph, lol.

Bill, It was a bit of an action shot, he was coming at me and I was evading. The distortion makes the playground look like something in a Dr. Seuss book.
